I want to return my FUÜM mattress, what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear you want to return your FUÜM mattress, but aim to make the process as simple as possible. If you’re sure you want to return your FUÜM mattress, send us an email to: XXX and include all of your details. We’ll get to work and arrange a mattress collection team to pick it up when it’s convenient to do so.
Will it cost me anything?
It won’t cost you a penny. Returns on FUÜM mattresses are free within the UK during the 100 night trial period.
Help! I’ve ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange my mattress for another one?
If you’ve ordered the wrong size mattress, then don’t worry. You can exchange your mattress for another sized mattress within your 100 night trial period. If you’ve unpacked your mattress, a shipping and handling fee of £40 will apply. Our two-man team will come and pick up your mattress. Leave it where it is and they’ll do the hard work.
Do I need to keep the box?
We spent a lot of time on our beautiful packaging, but you don’t need to keep it. Once your FUÜM mattress has been unpacked, it’s not going back in its box.
How is my money refunded?
If you’ve decided to return your FUÜM mattress as soon as we know it’s safely on its way back to us we will process your refund. The money should be back in your account within three working days.
